How and when do I pay?
Photo Editing
Once you have placed your order with us by filling in the relevant order form we will carry out the work and email your finished image to you with a watermark on it. If there are any adjustments you would like us to make to the image we are more than happy to do them. Once you are happy with the edited image we will then send you an email with a link to paypal which will provide you with a secure method with which to pay us. Please note you do not have to have a pay pal account in order to pay for our services. Paypal will also allow you to pay by credit or debit card without any need to set up a paypal account.

What format should my photos be in?
You will need to send your photos in JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF or TIF format otherwise we may not be able to open them. If your photo file is in a different format please contact us and we will let you know whether we will be able to open a file of that type.
What size of photos should I send you?
The bigger the size of the photo file the better as this provides us with a better quality photo to work from. Please do not crop, resize, or compress your photos before you send them to us. Wherever possible choose high resolution photos (resolution is the digital size of the photo), the higher the resolution the better the quality of your prints will be. If your photo size is t oo small for us to work on we will contact you to let you know. For scanned photos, please set your scanners resolution to 300dpi (dots per inch), save the file as a JPEG at the best quality (lowest compression ratio).
How do I get prints of my images?
Once we have received your payment and completed the editing for your photo you will receive an email containing a high resolution copy of your completed photograph. The first thing you will need to do is to save it onto your computer. You will then be able to print the photo however you would like either using a home printer or have it printed professionally using a service such as Snapfish or FotoKnudsen.
Can I specify the size of the finished image you send me?
Yes, as long as your original image is of good quality we are happy for you to specify whether you want your finished photo to be e.g. 5x7 or 4x6 inches so you can print your finished photo to the right size for your frame/ card etc.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Once you have confirmed you are happy with the cost of the work we aim to have the work completed and sent back to you within 48 hours for photo editing. This can vary depending on how much editing your photo requires, and how many photos you have sent for us to work on. The Photo DVDs on average take 2 weeks to be completed and posted out to you, however again this varies depending on how many photos you wish to have included in the DVD and the amount of editing you have requested. If you are placing your order with a specific deadline in mind that you require your order to have arrived by please let us know and we will confirm whether or not we can complete the order in time for you.
Can you restore any photo?
It is not always possible to restore a photo, this is one of the reasons we ask you to send us your photos before we accept any payment from you. If a photo is very blurry with little detail it is probably impossible for us to restore, we will be completely honest with you when you send us your photo if this is the case.
If I want another copy of a photo DVD after my original order has been completed can I order one?
We keep original copies of all the photo DVDs up to 6 months after you have placed your original order, so if you wish to order another copy within this time simply email us with the details of the DVD and how many copies you would like. Additional copies of the DVD requested after the original order will be charged at £10 each.
I have a job request that isn't on your order form or list of services, can you do it?
We are more than happy to consider your request. Please contact us so we can discuss what you need and we will be happy to help where possible.
